Fay’s career blends public sector and business. She has been CEO twice - of a national charity and a multi-academy trust of 15 schools - which, alongside her MBA and MSc in Coaching, deepened her knowledge of people dynamics, organisational psychology, inclusion, and cultural change. Fay used coaching to support leadership development in her former roles and has particular experience working with neurodiverse leaders.

Bringing psychological insight, leadership and lived experience, Fay balances a conversational, relational coaching approach with structure that generates clear action points, and long lasting change spanning both personal and professional lives. She believes the key to success, across every sphere of life, is increasing understanding of ourselves and thereby others.

Her clients are diverse and come from a range of sectors and backgrounds - founders, executives, business owners, athletes, professionals, people navigating transitions. They are united by a conviction to understand, maximise their impact, increase satisfaction, and to progress.
