Fearlessly Curious.

Empathetically Candid.

Uncompromisingly Human.

Coach. CEO. Researcher. Adrenalin Junkie. Lover of Dogs - Riding - Paragliding - Archery - the Sea.

Fay's professional background spans education, management consultancy, the charitable and public sectors. She has a thirst for learning - from an MBA; an MSc in Executive Coaching & Organisational Consulting; qualifications in learning and psychology; a BA in African Studies - alongside a restlessness that has taken her, and keeps her, exploring.

Fay finds the real story in the data - and the real data in the story. As at home in a boardroom as on a bike, she has led multi-site organisations of up to 1,100; cultural and systemic transformations across sectors - earning the confidence of stakeholders and teams to do so.

Fay works with leadership teams as well as individual leaders, helping organisations understand and leverage the power of diversity as a source of creativity, cohesion, and cultural edge.

Her clients span sectors, backgrounds, and life stages - united by a commitment to understand their contexts and themselves more fully, and to lead from that place.

Having led through discrimination herself, Fay equally supports leaders navigating the complexities of different cultural contexts.

After leaving her last CEO role, Fay spent time with her father in New Zealand - and it was here that her understanding of identity, loss, and what endures deepened.

Rooted in diverse experience and a wide professional background, Fay holds the conviction that self-knowledge is our most powerful tool - and that this determines the quality of everything we build with others.

Clients value Fay's lived experience and combination of rigour, humanity, strategy, and instinct. And occasionally woeful humour.
