Fearlessly Curious.
Empathetically Candid.
Uncompromisingly Human.
CEO. Researcher. Coach. Christian. Adrenalin Junkie. Lover of Dogs - Riding - Paragliding - Archery - the Sea.
I find the story in the data and the data in the story. In my last CEO role, I led 1,100 people through transformation.
I have an MBA, an MSc in Executive Coaching, and a BA in African Studies - alongside a restlessness that has taken, and keeps me, exploring. I think in both systems and people. Equally at home in a boardroom and on a motorbike.
I have also been someone who has experienced an attempt on their identity, creativity, commercialism, and energy being used against them. I know what it takes to remain true to your values during challenging times.
And, I know what this builds.
I stepped away from my last CEO role to spend important time with my father in New Zealand. During this period, I increased my understanding about identity - and loss - which enriched my coaching approach.
This is why, alongside my research and practice, I know with absolute certainty, that self-knowledge is the most powerful tool we have available. Not always the most comfortable; but always the most powerful.
I am so grateful for the wisdom I have gained working with my clients; who say they value my combination of rigour and humanity, strategy and instinct, frameworks and lived experience.
I offer real understanding of what you are carrying. And what becomes possible when you become and lead as yourself.

‘Fay shares what you need to hear, not what you want to. In 17 years of leadership, I have never had a coach who combines Fay’s level of candour with her level of care.’
